  • 1,5 oz vodka
  • 0.5 oz of Bilodeau blackcurrant cider
  • 3 oz of Cava sparkling wine
  • 0.5 oz of fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz of mango juice
  • 1 sprig of rosemary and slice of orange (for garnish)
STEPS TO FOLLOW
  1. In a cup filled with ice, add all the ingredients except the sparkling wine.
  2. Mix with a baguette or bar spoon until your fingers are cool.
  3. Complete with the sparkling wine.
  4. Decorate with a sprig of fresh rosemary.

Pumpkin Spice

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 oz of Bilodeau apple must
  • 0.5 oz Monsieur Cocktail pumpkin syrup
  • 2 oz Harrington Juniper Sparkling Water
  • 3 basil leaves
  • Apple and basil slices (for garnish)
STEPS TO FOLLOW
  1. Tap the basil leaves in the palm of your hand and add them to the bottom of a tall glass.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except sparkling water and apple must and fill with ice.
  3. Mix with a baguette or bar spoon until your fingers are cool.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1.5 oz strawberry flavored cider
  • 0.75 oz white rum
  • 0.5 oz Monsieur Cocktail tiki syrup
  • 1 oz of sparkling water
  • Mint bunch (to decorate)

  1. Add the rum, cider and syrup in a tall glass filled with ice.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup Bilodeau apple juice
  • 1/4 cup unicorn syrup from Monsieur Cocktail
  • 1/2 cup aloe juice

INGREDIENTS
  • 1.5 oz Dark Rum (not spiced)
  • 0.75 oz Monsieur Cocktail Ginger Syrup
  • 0.5 oz of maple cider
  • 0.25 oz of fresh orange juice
  • Slice of ginger (to garnish)
  • Rim (1/4 smoked salt, 3/4 maple sugar)
STEPS TO FOLLOW
  1. Draw a lime wedge around the outer edge of a cut.
  2. Soak the edges of the lime juice in the smoked salt.
  3. In a shaker, mix all the ingredients with ice.
  4. Filter through a fine sieve into a cooled cup.
  5. Decorate with a slice of ginger.

  • 2 oz sparkling sparkling cider

  • 1 or 2 strawberries

  • 2.5 oz of L’Effervescent sparkling cider from Cidrerie Verger Bilodeau
  • 1 oz of gin (your choice)
  • 1 oz Monsieur Cocktail Love tonic
  • 2 Quebec strawberries
  • 2 dune peppers (or two black peppercorns)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried lavender (optional)
  • 2 oz sparkling water
  • Fresh thyme (to garnish)
STEPS TO FOLLOW
  1. In a shaker, mash the strawberries, the dune pepper and the dried lavender in the Love Tonic syrup.
  2. Add the gin and mix with ice.
  3. Filter through a fine sieve into a cup filled with ice.
  4. Complete with sparkling cider and sparkling water.
  5. Stir lightly and garnish with fresh thyme.

Spritz Bilodeau – alcohol free version

INGREDIENTS
  • 3.5 oz of Apple Must from Cidrerie Verger Bilodeau
  • 1 oz Monsieur Cocktail Love tonic
  • 2 Quebec strawberries
  • 2 dune peppers (or two black peppercorns)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried lavender (optional)
  • 2 oz sparkling water
  • Fresh thyme (to garnish)
STEPS TO FOLLOW
  1. In a shaker, mash the strawberries, the dune pepper and the dried lavender in the Love Tonic syrup.
  2. Filter through a fine sieve into a cup filled with ice.
  3. Complete with sparkling cider and sparkling water.
  4. Stir lightly and garnish with fresh thyme.
Hot cider

Hot cider

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 250ml of Le Petit Pommier cider
  • 650ml of natural Apple juice
  • 100ml of maple syrup
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated maple sugar (optional)
  • Ground cinnamon to taste (optional)
STEPS TO FOLLOW
  1. Mix all ingredients in a large container with the cinnamon stick.
  2. Shake the mixture well before putting it in a kettle to heat.
DECORATION (optional)
  1. Mix granulated maple sugar and ground cinnamon on a plate.
  2. Moisten the rim of the glass with the hot cider mixture and roll it in the mixture.
  3. Add maple sugar to taste for sweetening (optional)

Shelf life : 1 week refrigerated.

Hot Toddy à l'érable et au cidre

Maple and Cider Hot Toddy

INGREDIENTS
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) Le Petit Bonheur cider
  • 1.5 oz bourbon
  • 3/4 oz maple syrup
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) water
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) lemon juice
  • A few drops of angostura
  • Lemon slice and cinnamon stick for garnish
STEP TO FOLLOW
  1. In a small saucepan, heat the cider over medium heat.
  2. Add the bourbon, maple syrup, lemon juice and angostura, then mix well.
  3. Pour into a cup, garnish with a slice of lemon and a cinnamon stick.
